A list of planning applications received since the previous Committee meeting had been circulated

 

The Committee made no comments about the 5 applications considered.

2.1       DECISION:  16/04085/FUL,  Dissington Lane Farm Cottage, Ponteland, NE15 0AB Ponteland, NE20. Proposed : Change of use of agricultural land to outdoor touring caravan storage

Permission refused under delegated powers on 3rd July 2017. The Committee had made a comment about this application.

 

2.2       DECISION:  17/00877/VARYCO 35 Errington Road, Darras Hall, Ponteland, NE20 9LD Proposal: Variation of condition 3 pursuant to plannign permission 15/02321/FUL to reduce footprint as built and as agreed with Darras Hall Estates Committee

Permission granted under delegated powers on 5th July 2017. The Committee had made no comment about this application.

 

2.3       DECISION:  17/00973/FUL Waggon Inn, Highham Dykes, Milbourne, NE20 0DH

Proposal: Retrospective – Construction of an external fire escape, alteration of two front windows to fire doors, provision of a cold store in the rear yard and the roofing over of a small rear yard to form a store.

Permission granted under delegated powers on 30th June 2017. The Committee had made no comment about this application.

Proposal: Single Storey rear extension and front and back dormers

Proposal: Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) pursuant to planning application 16/02346/FUL to allow minor changes to comply with Darras Hall Estate Committee

2.6       DECISION: 17/00934/FUL 73 Whinfell Road, Darras Hall, Ponteland, NE20 9ER

Proposal: Provide pitched tile roof to current flat roofed garage & porch

Permission granted under delegated powers on 27th June 2017. The Committee had made no comment about this application.
