18th October 2016

A list of planning applications received since the previous Committee meeting had been circulated

 

1.1       Application No: 16/03215/FUL

Location: 83 Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, Ponteland NE20 9HH

Proposal: Construction of a single storey detached dwelling with integral garage

COMMENT :- The planning committee note the neighbours comments and their frustration over buildings vehicles and the disruption it causes, they would also like the Tree officer to take care of the tree situation and protect the tree’s that have TPO’s on them. The committee is also mindful of the recently approved plans for a larger development and feel this proposal is in keeping.

Location: Land South East of 33 Darras Road, Ponteland

Proposal: Proposed new dormer bungalow with double garage attached and 4 bedrooms at first floor. Driveway access from road and new gates

COMMENT:- The planning committee would like clarity on the project description stated on the planning documents. It states a replacement dwelling, is this a typing error or is the property at number 33 being demolished?
