A list of planning applications received since the previous Committee meeting had been circulated

 

The Committee made no comments about the 5 applications considered.

2.1       DECISION:  18/00451/FUL, 31 Darras Road, Ponteland, NE20 9PD. Proposed Construction of two/three storey extensions to front, side and rear

 

Permission granted under delegated powers on 6th April 2018. The Committee had made no comment about this application.

 

2.2       DECISION:  18/00179/FUL, 57 Longmeadows, Ponteland, NE20. Proposed Demolition of existing rear conservatory and replacement with proposed single storey extension

 

Permission granted under delegated powers on 6th April 2018. The Committee had made no comment about this application.

 

2.3       DECISION:  18/00338/FUL, 37 Linden Way, Ponteland, NE20 9DP. Proposed construction of first floor extension.

 

Permission granted under delegated powers on 10th April 2018. The Committee had made no comment about this application.

 

2.4       DECISION:  18/00521/FUL, 7 Deyncourt, Ponteland, NE20 9RP. Proposed single storey double garage to side.

 

Permission granted under delegated powers on 11th April 2018. The Committee had made no comment about this application.

2.7       DECISION:  18/00623/VARYCO, Land North of 84-92 Runnymede Road, Ponteland Proposed Variation of conditions 2 (remediation strategy) relating to planning reference 16/00776/FUL

2.8       DECISION:  18/00571/FUL, 85 Edge Hill, Darras Hall. Ponteland, NE20 9JQ. Proposed Construction of two storey extensions to front, rear and side and proposed entrance gates

 

Permission granted under delegated powers on 11th April 2018. The Committee had made a comment about this application.

COMMENT: The Committee supports the neighbours objection regarding the private drive shared by the occupants of the three properties in the Close and restrictions should be enforced.

 

2.9       DECISION:  18/00636/FUL, 194 Western Way, Ponteland, NE20 9NB. Proposed kitchen extension at rear with decking and extension to front hallway.

3.1       A Consultation was circulated for a change in street name 18/00828/SN from 1-5 Waters Reach Runnymede Road to 1-5 Mill View Runnymede Road. All 4 councillors decided they preferred the origin name of Waters Reach.
